The Problem

Visibility: Cargo owners don't have real time visibility of their cargo once loaded. 70 % of transport jobs in Africa are coordinated on phone hence usually inaccurate & cause delays in supply chains of manufacturers
SecurityIn Africa cargo is transported at Gods mercy. Its security isn't guaranteed since there is zero visibility and truck drivers aren't professionally structured to be accountable, so very often cargo goes missing.
Middlemen: The cost of transport contributes 20 % of the final product at the store. Middlemen Inflate the cost for personal benefit since there aren t structures in place as cargo owners are informed
Cash: Both the truck and cargo owner don't trust each other hence opt for cash to be exchanged before the job is executed to finance driver mileage and fuel
Tedious: When a client wants to ship their cargo, they need to contact many brokers or players in the market to get their goods delivered. This process i s tedious, expensive and time wasting.
Data: The partner relies on excel sheets to update the cargo owner. No centralized booking system or automated Ai system in place to maintain transported inventory or number of trips. 
Insurance: Unavailability of transport structures in place, truck owners seldom don’t insure their trucks, therefore cargo is often damaged, stolen or contaminated during transportation with no compensation to client
Costly: The manufacturer or cargo owner loses raw materials with no compensation hence increasing his cost of production. The partner isn’t assured of backhaul hence a dry return trip.

Visibility: cargo will be tracked in real-time from loading point to destination using GPS locators or the drivers phone.
Security: Our truck drivers have undergone thorough vetting hence the security of your cargo is guaranteed. 
Cashless: Pricing is done real time & the cargo owner has flexibility of paying for the trucking service by either using mobile money or debit card.
Data security: Clients data or information that comes to our knowledge is important to their business continuity. We therefore keep it secure & not shared with competition. Clients & partners activity on the app is stored for future reference. 
Insurance: Drazo provides GIT - Goods In Transit & Marine insurance to cover uncertainties of loss due to theft, fire, contamination and damage of cargo while we are handling on behalf of the client
E-commerce: Our digital integration will allow clients systems sync to the drazo platform to enable automation hence smoothen their last mile supply chain processes.
Flexible: The client will be able to select from a variety of logistics tasks on the drazo platform needed to convey cargo on one app. For land freight all types of trucks are available 24 7 ranging from refrigerated trucks, open trucks, high sided trucks, containerized trucks and motorbikes.
